How it works

For employers & HR
Confirm that a candidate's certificate is genuine before you hire.
- Enter the number printed on the document, or scan its QR code.
- Match the name, course or internship and dates with the document you received.
- A green Verified record means it is genuine. Not valid or No record found means it is not.
school
For students & interns
Download your ID card, certificates and letters any time, without an account.
- Enter your ID (for example LXW-STU-2026-0001) and press Verify.
- Open "Download your documents" under your record and pick the document.
- Enter your date of birth and press Download PDF.
FAQ
Questions about verification
It says "No record found". What now?add
Check the number for typing mistakes (0 and O, 1 and I). You can enter the full certificate number or just the ID. If it still does not show, the document was not issued by logiXweb, or contact us with a photo of it.
I can't see my certificate in the download list.add
Documents appear once they are issued, usually after you complete the course, your projects or your internship. Ask your trainer or mentor if you think yours is due.
It says my ID and date of birth do not match.add
Use the date of birth you gave at admission. If it was recorded wrongly, email us and we will correct it. After several wrong tries the download is paused for an hour for security.
Why can't I download my ID card any more?add
To protect your privacy, your photo is deleted automatically after the ID card period ends, so the ID card can no longer be made. Your certificates and letters stay available.
What does "Not valid" mean?add
The record has been withdrawn by logiXweb, so documents carrying that number are no longer valid.
Is my personal information shown to others?add
No. Anyone who verifies only sees your name, programme, dates and status. Your photo, phone, email and date of birth are never shown, and documents can only be downloaded with your date of birth.
