04Certificates and online verification
Anyone with a certificate or ID number can check it on our verify page. The check shows only what is needed to confirm the document: name, programme or role, dates, status and issued documents. Your phone number, email, address and date of birth are never shown.
Your date of birth is used only so that you can download your own documents. ID-card photos are kept private and are deleted automatically after the photo period ends. An intern's or employee's photo appears on our website only if they have agreed to it.

We use cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to understand how it is used:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (through Google Site Kit) to measure visits and the results of our advertising.
- Cloudflare to keep the site fast and secure and to detect your country, so we can show you the right office, phone number and prices.
- Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to stop spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

08How we protect it
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls, private storage for documents and photos, and spam protection on all forms. No website can be 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and limit who can see it.
