01Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" means logiXweb (logixweb.com).
• "You", "user", "client" means anyone who visits this website or buys from us.
• "Services" means the digital services, training courses and products offered by logiXweb.

02Use of the website

By using this website you confirm that you:

• are at least 18 years old, or are using it with a parent or guardian;
• are legally able to enter into a contract;
• will give accurate information; and
• will not use the website for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.

03Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text and software on this website belong to logiXweb and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, the final deliverables pass to the client once paid for in full.

04Services and products

• Services are delivered within the scope and timelines agreed in writing.
• Changes requested after work has started may need extra time and fees.
• Physical products cannot be cancelled once the design is approved and production has begun.
• Results from SEO, advertising and marketing depend on many outside factors, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales unless agreed in writing.

05Payments and pricing

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless another currency is stated. Applicable taxes, such as GST, are extra unless shown as included.
• Payment terms (advance, milestones or monthly) are agreed for each project. Work starts after the agreed advance is received.
• Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• Late payments may pause the work until the dues are cleared.

06Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. In short: digital services cannot be refunded once work has started, and physical products are replaced only for verified defects or damage.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, logiXweb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of our website or services, errors, delays, or outages of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

08Third-party services

We use and connect to external tools and platforms, such as Google, Meta, hosting providers and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their content, availability, rules or policy changes.

09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end services, with or without notice, in case of a breach of these terms, misuse or fraud, illegal activity, or unpaid dues.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
